Justin Ginsberg

Justin Ginsberg serves as Executive Vice President of Originations at Merchants Capital, where he co-leads the firm’s fifth national debt sales team. With over three decades of experience in multifamily and affordable housing finance, Justin brings deep expertise in agency lending and tax credit equity to Merchants’ mission of expanding access to housing nationwide.

Prior to joining Merchants Capital in 2025, Justin held senior leadership roles at Grandbridge, a subsidiary of Truist Bank, where he spent 12 years as Managing Director and co-head of the affordable housing agency lending platform. His earlier career includes nearly 16 years at Centerline Capital Group (formerly Related Capital Company), where he was Senior Managing Director, helping to build and lead one of the industry’s leading affordable housing tax credit and debt platforms.

Justin is widely recognized for his strategic vision, client-first approach, and ability to deliver customized financing solutions through both agency and balance sheet products. His leadership continues to shape the future of affordable housing finance, positioning Merchants Capital as a premier provider in the space.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance from Tulane University.
