Linda Hill

Linda Hill is Executive Vice President of Tax Credit Equity at Merchants Capital. She joined the company in March 2021 to co-lead the investor relations platform and originate, underwrite, and manage equity and debt relationships with top affordable housing sponsors across the United States. Ms. Hill has over 30 years of real estate experience in the affordable housing industry.

Prior to joining Merchants, she was Vice President II at Aegon Real Assets where she managed the tax credit team and oversaw all originations, underwriting, and closing for over $2.3 billion in tax credit investments. Prior to that, Ms. Hill was Senior Vice President of Originations at Alliant Capital, a $5 billion syndication company. During her tenure, Ms. Hill was directly involved in management, deal structuring, investor relations, and equity originations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics/foreign affairs from Assumption College.
