Min Park

Min Park is Executive Vice President of IRE Asset Management at Merchants Capital. Ms. Park leads asset management for Merchants Capital’s Investment Real Estate (IRE) portfolio. She is responsible for bridge and construction loans, as well as risk management and servicing for institutional investors, including parent company Merchants Bank. Under Ms. Park’s leadership, the IRE team currently manages more than $12.5 billion in loans.

Ms. Park joined Merchants Capital in 2023 as Senior Vice President of Balance Sheet Construction, having previously served as a director at Citi Community Capital as Head of Construction Asset Management. She also held positions at Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation and Equity Office Properties and has more than 20 years of industry experience in Asset Management and Servicing.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investments from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.
