Ms. Park leads asset management for Merchants Capital’s Investment Real Estate (IRE) portfolio. She is responsible for bridge and construction loans and risk management for institutional investors, including parent company Merchants Bank of Indiana. Under Ms. Park’s leadership, the IRE team currently services more than $10.5 billion in loans.
Ms. Park joined Merchants Capital in 2023 as Senior Vice President of Balance Sheet Construction, having previously served as a director at Citi Community Capital. She also held positions at Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation and Equity Office Properties.
She holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investments from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.
